and it's time I go on Hiatus, till I can get my life straight, I may or may not photograph myself, but I will not photograph people till my head is back in the game. I tried to photograph a friend and an artist, and failed, I feel I lost touch with what I was really trying to do with her, and failed. I feel really bad about this, and can't apologise enough for it. I feel like I did something illegal but, in truth I broke my own rules of ethics and artistic license. One day I may come back, or not, who knows, I know what I've got to do, and no one on the internet can help me with it. This is personal, and only people that are close to me can help me.

So I've had more photo-shoots in the 2 weeks I've been back, than the first 6 months in Korea. I've shot A good friend (actually the very last person I shot in the States was the first when I got back a year later)no nudes for her though... Her sister, which is really cool, cause they look very similar, even with a few years difference, and an ole' friend from Korea who's been in the States for the last several months.
I had a request to remove photos of my good friend Jenn C, her boyfriend is uncomfortable with them being on the internet, even if they're not nude. ah well, eventually he'll grow into his own security and realise that it's a real honor to have the woman that he loves presented in this manner.
And on a downer: I've discovered that I need to redo how I'm going about my life, I'm considering removing some of my own photos from my gallery. I discover how bad the ex wife is around my kids, and I've got to do everything I can to get them away from her as soon as possible.. when I ask her: how were the kids day? (after I left to KY) she came back with, they didn't go to school, I over slept from downing a quart and take sleep aid. SO... from what her friends decided to corner me with the other night was that she is not the angel she makes herself out to be, (that is the short of a 5 hour cornering, and me being nice)SO! I've got to get off my ass.. and you can guess the rest..
So a new year, brings new events, and new ideas of what I need to do, new areas, a new unit, new times...
Right now I'm taking a break in Memphis, and off to KY in the morning.. we'll see how that goes, I'm going to do a video..

Seems the deviant moderators has an issue with defining erections, semi erections, and flaccid penises. Had a photo up since feb of 07, almost 2 years, and cause the local moderators figured that since my peni was off the body while I was leaning back that I was erect. Okay so it was a semi to flaccid, but not full. But that isn't the point of me writing this. It's because DeviantArt Moderators don’t seem to catch the hundreds of actual policy violators, the wide spread legs, the spread cheeks, the fully erect penisis, and who's to say the woman isn't aroused, and how do you tell the difference between a woman being aroused and a male, so what's the actual big deal, So long as the male is portrayed in a proper manner, and not just showing an erection, "interrogating his suspects", I don't see why someone has to report my work, one labeled mature, and one that has popularity. WTF people, if you don't want to see nudity, change your mature setting to child.
okay so DA is calling this case closed, I call BS, I think I may just resubmit it, try and keep a close eye on who's viewing my work, and give a few words to the prude.

And I'm almost done with my tour of South Korea.

You know I'm glad I didn't say "I'm Back" when I did photos of Jee, cause I really ain't, so far I've been her about 11 months, shot a total of 5 women, out of 15 that talked about shooting with me. you know there was a month in 07' that I shot more than 15 women... on average while in the States I shot once a week, to every other week, and no I didn't post them all, some where just plan experiments... so soon, who knows, maybe someday I'll get to say, "I'm back"

What do you do when someone goes well out of their way to put down you and your work down, I mean, write 6 paragraph letters, email you, and contact your online friends and acting nice to them just so he can continue his horrible asinine work? and all over for the fact that he calls what he does constructive criticism,and that I love to call the women I shoot "Models". when all he's doing is putting me and the model down as well. if I showed you some of the incredibly horrible things this immature pee brained guy wrote you'd all wanna beat him to death with a small stick. what do you do?
